Pastor Phil & Belinda Brewster
Lead Pastor

Hi, I am Pastor Phil Brewster from New Freedom Outreach Center. I have had the privilege to be in Ministry for over 25 years at one level or another. It’s been a huge part of God transforming my life. I gave my life to the Lord at the age of 13 and I remember it well. It was July of 1976, and I call it my supernatural bi-centennial summer. But shortly after because of the word (Mark 4: 15) that was planted in me the enemy came immediately, and I slowly fell out of love with God because of the changes in my family’s life. It was a good excuse to live my way. Thank God he never gives up on us, because it was a slow process learning to trust him again, even while I was serving in church. Now, because of my close relationship with God and the years of transforming my thought process, I have the honor of speaking into others the truth of God’s word. But, not like you may think, I am called to go where the rubber meets the road, where people live, where life doesn’t make sense, and share God’s love and truth. Belinda and I have had 27 years of a storybook marriage. We have two wonderful children and one grandson – so far.

Pastor Bert Morrison
Administrative Pastor

Hi, my name is Pastor Bert Morrison. I am the Administrative Pastor at New Freedom Outreach Center at 175 S. Madison in Loveland, CO. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Patty, for 50 years. We recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary.  All the praise and glory goes to the Lord because without Him we would have never made it!

I attended church when I was younger, but as I grew older I rebelled against any kind of religious life. I was not a very good husband and father because I did not have a relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ, and it showed very plainly.

About 10 years ago, I met Pastor Phil Brewster. He showed me the difference between religion and relationship. From that time on it has been an unbelievable experience and we have been so blessed. We have 11 grandchildren and another on the way! It’s our joy to share God’s ministry everywhere we go. We get to shed His light in the dark places. Praise the Lord! We would love to tell you more about it.

Pastor Lori Chisholm
Women's Ministry

Pastor Lori is a prophetic preacher/teacher that is committed to teaching the Word of God and seeing the captives set free as women are empowered to walk out their destiny. She is a dynamic speaker that shares wisdom and insight the Lord has given her as He has walked her through many trials and tribulations.

Lori spent her late teens and early adulthood in self destruct mode. She is known for saying “If there was a hole, I fell in it, a pebble, I would trip, a crack, I would stumble. Once Lori had surrendered her life to the Lord, He walked along side her through many adventures/experiences. A season of starting out her marriage living in a fifth wheel trailer with her husband and baby girl for two years, with NO PHONE. During that time, her oldest contracted RSV, spending a week in a hospital, battling for her life. Later her second child experienced complications at birth with an inconclusive prognosis that caused the doctors to believe that he might not survive the trip to Children’s Hospital to do further testing. Years later, that same son, at the age of 13, was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had two subsequent brain surgeries. Both the 3rd and 4th children had threats to their lives while still in the womb. On both occasions, Lori was put on bed rest for the first 3 months until the babies were stable. During her 3rd pregnancy, breast lumps were found and immediate surgery was necessary to discover if cancer was present. The challenge was magnified as she knew, for her; treatment was not an option while she was still pregnant. Not long after her 4th child was born, Lori battled depression. Yet throughout these seasons, amongst many others, God walked with Lori and she learned to rely solely on Him.

Lori cannot contain her love for Jesus as she shares His faithfulness and the radical faith she now has! She no longer just BELIEVES, but KNOWS the love of the Father and that HE is the God of signs, wonders and miracles. Lori and her husband Mike are the proud parents of 4 children; Kiana, Ian, Ariana and Brianne, a son in law that they adore named Ben; and two wonderful grandchildren: Jadon and Zoe. Let us not forget the dogs- Sweet Pea and Israel. They reside in Loveland, Colorado and have dedicated their lives to doing the work of the Kingdom.
